Shared contact services
Our contact mailbox is contact@waterproofed.cy, shared with the Waterproofed.cy group. Relevant details may be used to coordinate the assessment and repairs you request. Forms are processed by FormSubmit; WhatsApp contact is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
Purpose and your requests
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before possible work, manage correspondence and meet relevant recordkeeping needs. Information is retained as needed for these purposes. Email contact@waterproofed.cy for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions; rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
Technical services
No advertising analytics are installed. Hosting may retain security and operational request logs. Google Fonts receives technical requests when fonts load. External services have their own privacy practices.
